Video player user experience upgrade:
1. added screen rotation lock to prevent unwanted rotation.
2. added a list for selecting content in the player.
3. added functionality: expand the video to fill the screen
4. added quality selection control

Fixed bug:
1. eliminated some occasional crashes

Improved:
1. Fluidity of the video and start up time.
2. Enhanced cpu and memory management.
