INSTADOSIS APP allows you to know the calculation of doses and drug interactions. You just have to enter the weight and age of your patient and the app will do the calculation instantly.

Instadosis makes the calculations and presents useful recommendations in cases such as:

-Renal failure: depending on the creatinine clearance tests, dose reduction recommendations will appear.

-Liver failure: depending on whether it is class A, B or C on the Child-Pugh scale, you will be able to know if the medication is contraindicated or the dose must be reduced.

-Pregnancy: you can choose the trimester of pregnancy, month or week of pregnancy in which the woman is and warns you how the medication could affect her pregnancy.

-Breastfeeding: warns you if the drug is excreted in breast milk and if its excretion will affect the baby.

-Drowsiness: warns you whether or not the medication causes drowsiness, which may affect the ability to drive, work, or operate heavy equipment.

-Interaction with alcohol: Instadosis will tell you if the medicine that you are going to prescribe or recommend to the patient

-Interactions with other drugs: If one or more drugs interact with each other, Instadosis alerts with a colored icon and when you click you will see the result and a brief explanation.

-Recommendation system: If any of the medications you want to give your patient is contraindicated, Instadosis will analyze the database and provide you with a list of possible pharmaceutical alternatives available on the market.

-Notifications: Instadosis notifications will eventually appear on your phone, notifying you of medicines that are suspected of failing or that have been withdrawn from the market.

How to use Instadosis?

Instadosis is presented in a Beta phase, that is, it is a test, so that you as a user become familiar with the buttons and icons of the interface. As you learn about its use and over time we will release more and more features.

Due to the sensitivity of the information presented by Instadosis, it cannot be accessible to non-qualified personnel. If you are not a health personnel, please refrain from downloading or using this software.

Health personnel who wish to download and use this software must validate a series of personal documents that accredit them as suitable personnel.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE REQUIREMENTS:

Due to the complexity of the software, a powerful phone and a stable LTE data connection are required for a satisfactory user experience.
