2- open Instagram app and choose "Copy Share URL" from any photo or video.

3- open Instaloader app and click on download icon next to the photo or the video.

4. Photos/videos will start downloading automatically in the backend of the app.

5- when you finished downloading click stop on the notification of the app to stop it.
