Version 1.9.1:
- Added support for Android 9 Pie.
- Google Cloud Messaging has been upgraded to Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Miscellaneous fixes required for bumping the app up to date.
- Added support for Notification Channels. Custom notification settings (priority, sound, vibration etc) must now be set from Notification Channel settings.
