Lock Screen Vocabulary

Think about how many times you unlock your phone each day. How about learning a new word every time you unlock your phone?

This app will only unlock your phone if you pick the right translation for the displayed vocabulary word.

Click on the language name on the display to change between the language you are learning. You can currently choose between learning English, French or Russian.

Features:

* Works everywhere - application is completely offline

* Immediate feedback if you pick the wrong answer

* Learn English French or Russian - contains the most frequently used 3000 words in Russian, 5000 words in French, and 10000 words in English. The words have been automatically translated and partially corrected by hand, though some words have probably slipped through - please let me know if you find an incorrect translation!

* Reads the vocabulary word out loud (requires TTS engine and voice to be installed). This can be turned on or off in the settings

* Word displays in your phone's system language (EN, FR, ES, DE). If you don't have one of those languages set, it will be displayed in English.

No ads! No data goes anywhere!

Permissions explained:

* DISABLE_KEYGUARD: Needed to replace your lock screen

* WAKE_LOCK: Needed to find out when you unlock your phone

* RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED and SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Needed to run a notification service that prevents the app from being killed

* READ_PHONE_STATE: Only used to let you to receive calls instead of being locked out by the lock screen
