Most of them are dangerous but nobody would willingly put themselves in danger unless there was an incentive. In this case the incentive is that on rare occassions loads of valuable items will appear. But you will probably have to deal with a lot of danger before that happens, unless you are lucky of course.

Test your luck with the Lucky Block Hardcore Mod for mcpe. Break the block and look forward (or maybe not) to 25 different instances of disastrous and sometimes amazing outcomes. Make sure to set difficulty to survival and try to survive at least 25 rounds of hardcore lucky blocks!

The 3D Blocks Mod adds six 3D blocks to the game. All except one block (the lucky block) are blocks which already exist in Minecraft mods.
