Theme tweaks
Added a scroll bar to the timer page for content below the go button
Completely new, modern, low latency audio engine which completley bypasses any hardware mic processing.
8ms fade in/out on beeps to reduce clicking and popping
Added DNF and DQ options to match mode
Ensured phone microphone is always in use, even if connected to a bluetooth device
