8. A. Upto a balance amount of 10% of the subscribed amount, can be

Refunded on receiving request letter along with Receipt, immediately and

without any deduction (except for payments received where bank charges are levied).

B. Refund of Balance amount above 10% is allowed without any

deductions or admin charges, after the MMT “MIND-MAKEUP TIME”. The

MMT is ONE year from the date of Receipt.

C. However if demanded for Refund within the MMT-Period, it shall be

considered as Forced Withdrawal and subject to 25% Deductions of the

Refundable Amount.

9. Benefit of unutilized amounts of previous VAOs :- Unutilised and carried

forward amounts of previous VAO subscriptions, are auto upgraded to

VAO-73 benefit except, when seeking refund.

10.Orders exceeding VAO subscribed amount shall be eligible for a 10%

loyalty discount + 2% cash discount on full advance payment.
