Android Application called Master designed to change mobile phone setting according to place without any human interference .Master App can be installed on any version of android Operating System .it needs a hardware component to function .Hardware part consists Arduino and Bluetooth module .This hardware will be installed in each important hall (Meeting hall ,ICU Room ..etc).When a person comes inside these area then his phone setting changes automatically .
