New: Low, High Tenor, other Tenor, and Quad drums, two new Double Tenor layouts based on Bertie Marshall design, toggle text button to switch note texts on or off, metronome, pop up menu button for toggling drum sound reverb on or off, fixed the orientation of the Double Second layout. Fixed other quality issues.
