This update includes a 1-1 Coaching service that gives you 60 minutes of free coaching with a nutritionist. You’ll get three video sessions with your personal coach to discuss how you can get the best results with your personalised plan
Your coach will give you exercise tips as well as nutritional advice. You will also get a personalised menu via mail.
