Device support added for the following:
- Lenovo
- Askey (Coppernic C-One device)
- Ecom/SonimTech

Improvements & fixed issues
- Problem with mobile Hosts acting as multi guest session administrator (Sometimes the Guest cannot take control of keyboard)
- Cannot use "Enter name" for Host name (used device ID instead)
- Activate HostSide zoom since 240 DPI instead of 300
- Use device serial number as Host ID
