New Version of NFC Configurator from WEPTECH.

For wM-Bus Reapeater Device:
- New Interface to configurate the device.
- Use SRAM to comunicate with the device.
- The device is protected with changable password.
- New fnction to update the firmware.
- Check for the most new update using internet.
- Change device password.
- Deactivate T&C in Tx mode.

For SWAN II:
- new Interface.
- new Parameters.

In general:
- fix bugs.
- improve the performance.
