Über Ping Tester for DotA

An application to estimate the latency for different DotA2 server regions. Inspired by a bat script written by

FranzMeister (see http://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/1titkw/dota_2_ping_tester/). Most of the times, the information is good and informative.

Now with: asynchronous queries and more information!

What's new in the latest 1.2

Threading is added, to enable parallel requests and faster results.
The number of ping attempts can be chosen for more information.
Average, as well as minimum and maximum latency values are displayed.
Indian servers were added, thanks Rishi!
