1) Fixed the spelling error on the tutorial.
2) Fix receipt submission screen to accept values larger then $1000.
3) Modify register keyboard to use proper keyboard for email.
4) Fix app to not show register page after logging in.
5) Update Campaign/Group selection process to show detail always when a campaign or group row is clicked.
6) Update Donate Now page to include easier options for contributing to charities.
7) Fixed capitalization on the keyboard for the name field during register.
