- Added an access restriction to 'All Rooms' so only staff with an appropriate role and permission can access all students in a single view.

- Fixed an issue where some staff users were unable to send and receive staff messages.

- Fixed an issue where users were unable to pull-to-refresh message lists.

- Fixed an issue where parents were unable to open signed incident reports from an incident activity.
