Qt 5 Showcases by V-Play Apps

New app demo:
- The Maps App demo displays free bikes or boxes at bike stations for Vienna's bike sharing service Citybike Wien.

Improvements:
- Messaging App now hides tabs when displaying a chat
- Minor fixes for PropertyCross App
- Twitter App uses new feature: translucent navigation bar for profiles
- Components Showcase includes new SwipeButton control for swipe-able list items
- Tabs are styled in in Android Material design
- Input fields now use the app tint color
