Quick Sales

Quick Sales is a free mobile Point of Sale(POS) application with an inventory management module. Quick Sales turns your android phone into a full fledged point of sale and inventory management system. The system is fully secured by passwords and all activities that happen within the application are recorded.

Quick Sales key features are:

-> Make a Sale. Make sales by scanning bar codes or entering product codes manually. The application also

supports return of previously sold items. You can also save a transaction and come back to it later (can be

applied if the shop offers lay-by service).

-> Inventory. This is linked to the sales module. Manage inventory for the shop, also get a notification a

notification when the inventory is below a certain a threshold.

-> Reports. View various reports like sales reports, inventory reports and users reports

-> Send daily, monthly and yearly sales reports by SMS.

-> Password protected. The application is secured with a password and access to some features are limited to

administrators only.

-> Audit Trail. View all the activities that happens in the application. E.g. creation of users, sales, returns etc
