ResponderRel8 (Relate)

This release adds even more user-requested functionality! Now you can reply to other user’s comments, @mention users and edit/delete your own comments. Notifications were enhanced to include global messages (from ResponderRel8) and phone/badge icon alerts when users reply to your messages or mention you in a comment (if your notifications are turned on). We also added a timestamp on messages.
