Needs calling permission for the support call

1) View and send notification feature is online and ready for use.
2) Anyone other than members can send a notification from app or web-based login to a preselected group.

President login
1) Credits are now visible without selecting categories
2) Now members can be deleted from app login also.
3) Even stronger compression for images while uploading
