You can now utilize the RoadSmart Mobile App by Allstate Roadside Services to do the following:

· Request a GOA (Gone on Arrival)
· Update your ETA
· Cancel a Dispatch
· Notify of a Service Failure

This new functionality allows RoadSmart Mobile users to communicate directly with Allstate Roadside Services without having to pick-up the phone to complete any one of those actions! Plus, for added security to protect customer information, there is now a prompt to enter your password every 7 days.
