ShareFi is a simple phone-based Wi-Fi sharing and bridge tool for personal devices.

It can receive an existing internet connection on your Android phone and share it further through a local Wi-Fi zone and proxy. This makes it useful as a temporary Wi-Fi extender, backup connection tool, or simple phone-based bridge for personal use.

ShareFi can help in situations where the main Wi-Fi signal is weak, unstable, or does not reach another room, garden, workshop, garage, campsite, or temporary work area. An old Android phone can become a local connection point for your own devices.

ShareFi is designed for lawful personal use only. Use it only with networks and internet connections that you are allowed to access and share. The app does not provide free internet, does not bypass paid network access, and does not replace a mobile or internet provider.

Some functions may depend on your Android version, device model, Wi-Fi behavior and local network conditions.

VPN service usage: ShareFi uses Android VpnService as part of its core connectivity functionality. The VPN service is used locally on the device to route network traffic required for Wi-Fi sharing and bridging through ShareFi. It enables the app to forward the phone’s existing internet connection to connected personal devices. ShareFi does not use VpnService to provide an anonymous VPN service or to monitor or sell users’ browsing data.
