Sierra Forever Families is a private, non-profit agency that focuses on finding and nurturing permanent families for children living in foster care. Founded in 1983, the agency has provided permanent families for more than 3,000 children. Sierra believes that every child needs and deserves a permanent, loving family. Through the agency's innovative programs, it has become an industry leader known for advocating and finding homes for older children and large sibling groups.

We believe this because within two to four years of emancipating from foster care over 50%
