What is SIfA ?

Sleep Intervention for All (SIfA) is a mobile app that is used to deliver physical activity program at home to individuals.

Why we do SIfA

SIfA program will help prevent, reduce and manage sleep disorders as well as other psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, fear, e.t.c., among adults and adolescents.

Kindly record your sleep quality and duration as you progress with SIfA. There are other educational tips for relaxation that can be helpful in the SIfA app.
