This is a little app for people who like me, try to implement some fasting into his/her diet, following the protocols for intermittent fasting!.

sometimes I don't want to open a big app and complete spreadsheets of info, I JUST WANT TO CALCULATE MY FASTING WINDOW FAST!

just open the app, select your fasting time and move with your life, you can make an apointment in google calendar, or just remember the time. that's it. simple, enjoy.
