Version 1.14:
- When GPS is selected, keep the app working even if screen is turned off

Version 1.13:
- Remove Airpush ads

- Calculate time difference as average for 5 last measurement

Version 1.11:
- Fix resetting time offset after sync

Version 1.10:
- Higher accuracy of synchronization
- Add "Time signal" menu option
- Fast GPS time acquring (not all devices support it)
- Use average for time difference
