Smarter Home

This app enables you (along with the installation of Electric Ireland’s Smarter Home equipment and subscription to the service) to see in real time how much electricity you are using and at what cost; it will also let you control your devices through your mobile phone using Smart Plugs.

It gives you:

- Complete insight into electricity usage in your home at all times for the whole home and for monitored devices

- Weekly usage reporting and predictive bill information

- Remote control of individual plugs and your electric immersion (including the ability to set individual timers on each plug and the immersion)

- The option to set budget alerts on your app to let you know when you have exceeded a certain amount of spend on your electricity

- The ability to save energy and reduce costs if you use the product to its optimum
