Sound Scouts - Hearing Test

A new report design offering additional information including a breakdown of results for the three test activities.
•the ability to exit the game during a session by tapping 3 times on an escape hidden in the top right hand corner of the screen
•other small testing and UI improvements

With this update, we are also making Sound Scouts available in new territories.
