Space Trader

One freighter. Seven stations. Your decisions.

The Novastra Event has cut Gritstone Verge off from the outside world. Spare parts are scarce, infrastructure is worn, and every delivery matters. Build a transport company and keep the system supplied in SpaceTrader.

PLAN YOUR OPERATIONS

Accept freight contracts, assign ships, and plan multi-stop routes. Account for positioning flights, loading, arrival times, and service stops. Organize your fleet with dispatch tools and a Gantt schedule.

TRADE WITH A PLAN

Compare station markets and move your own goods between local warehouses. Balance fuel, maintenance, and margin. Explore deeper economics through a simulated NPC exchange with limit orders and economic reports.

GROW YOUR FLEET

Progress from the Kato Mule 1 to larger Mule freighters. Bulk, container, liquid, and industrial cargo each have different requirements. Manage crews, supplies, repairs, and extensions. Use escorts and security services to respond to pirate risks.

LEARN AS YOU BUILD

A guided tutorial takes you through your first deliveries. Practise trading without risking your company funds, then explore individual topics in the integrated handbook.

SpaceTrader is a single-player economic simulation with locally saved companies and progress. The game and handbook include English, German, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Its detailed planning views are particularly suited to larger screens.
