Swarogya interfaces this smartphone application to a web based application that is handled by health professionals of hospitals. Patients can easily add their respective information, documents and measurement records to the app which is stored in a common database and is used by the hospitals to intelligently manage their patients.

It even provides the patients with real time updates as prescribed by their health professionals.
