Teacher Mutual Transfer

There is a stipulation in banking and other services directly or indirectly under the control of government,that staff in the executive cadre should serve outside the state at least for 4 years in their service. If an employee serving outside his home state fulfills this condition, and intends to come back to his home state and if there is an employee in his home state intends to come in his place after fulfilling his minimum stipulated tenure, they can apply and get a mutual transfer without waiting for routine general transfer orders of the other staff to be covered. But in such a case it tantamount to a request transfer and the incumbents may have to forego, TA, DA, transfer allowances and joining time.
