- updated application to use latest Android Garmin SDK, fixes crashes and restores communication channel with latest Garmin Connect Mobile (prompt to update GCM is given at the application start);
- added enabled sensors to activity configuration (HR sensor is enable automatically if any of HR data fields is used in current setup), works with the S.M.A.R.T. v1.5+;
- updated interval constructor interface to use floating buttons instead of context menu.
