Some bugs fixes.

Added:
x2 - to double bet. Are you sure that know where a coin? You can boost the bet , and then to open.
Replay - possibility to play anew with the same bet, if you didn't follow for the thimbles.
The repeated pressing Play after completion of rotation of thimbles, gives the chance to play again with any bets.
