• Allow using a fixed time for adaptive reminders.
• Add setting to skip reminder if there's already an entry.
• Dismiss active reminder when a new entry is added.
• Alarm vibration respects "Do Not Disturb" if alarms are not exempt from DND.
• Allow adding names to reminders to distinguish them in the alarm screen.
