Tracking the Wild

Version 61 features and fixes:
- Added option to flag a sighting as inappropriate
- All/My Sightings load sightings in background to reduce sighting load times
- Improved species search functionality
- Implemented popup if user tries to post rhino sighting: "Tracking the Wild does not allow the posting of rhino sightings"
- If user searches for a species that has not yet been posted, then the screen shows the text "There have been no sightings of this species posted yet"
- Other bug fixes
