Über VCOM O&M

O&M App für meteocontrol Anlagen

Mit der VCOM O&M App können Sie von unterwegs Ihnen zugewiesene VCOM-Tickets ansehen und bearbeiten. Vor-Ort Einsätze können Sie dokumentieren indem Sie Kommentare und Bilder hochladen. Nach Abschluss werden alle Informationen an den VCOM übertragen. In der App haben Sie immer Zugriff auf die wichtigsten Anlagendaten wie Standort und Kontaktdaten.

Um die App benutzen zu können müssen Sie im VCOM registriert sein und das Ticketsystem benutzen.

New: Form syncing in the O&M App
Save it as you go: you can now sync in-progress forms from the O&M App to the platform at any time. Just tap the new Sync button to manually save your data. Progress is also saved automatically when leaving the form, and the latest version loads when you return — so nothing gets lost, even during longer site visits. If you're offline, your changes are stored locally and automatically synced once you're back online. Form handling has never been easier!
