What's new in 20R3? Key updates:
- Maintain Document State: Operators can now flip back and forth between documents and videos in the app without losing their place.
- Custom URL & QR Code Support for Categories: When an operator opens a custom URL on their tablet device (e.g. by scanning a QR code), it opens a category of documents in the app.
- Video Support: Customers can now add videos (e.g. work instructions) for viewing in the app.
