Added stair blocks to change elevation without jumping.

Chair mode has been added !
this mode will make it easier for players to play the game when sitting down on a nonrotatable chair.
this mode replaces you left/right movement for rotation.

I have also added an extra option to assign buttons for rotating left/right at the bottom of the settings menu.
