Update version v8.2.9

- Change the DGN v7 data filtering algorithm by Level to increase reading speed
- Add multi-threaded processing with new CPU types
- Optimize the task of blurring the display of layers
- Some interface changes for 3D Compass, 3D Terrain
- Add Geomagnetic sensor to Digital Compass (on cheap Samsung devices, the Magnetic Field sensor is often cut)
