The new wambo app that makes almost any picture sing literally has become hugely popular on social media.

wambo app, known as Wombo.AI, comes as an iPhone or Android app. All a person has to do to turn someone into a singer is download an app, select a picture of them or take a new picture, select a song from a limited list, and then let the app do all the work.

The service is incredibly simple and allows anyone to participate in the growing trend of deepfakes or synthetic media. These tools use machine learning to identify parts of the face to move them to the rhythm of the music.
