Access Health CHI Mobile

Access Health CHI Mobile is your one stop shop to accessing and managing your CHI program incentives, Flexible Spending Account and Health Reimbursement Account. Access Health CHI Mobile allows you to:

• View Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) balances and details

• View recent transactions and details

• Stay up to date on new account activity

• Use the same username/password as WealthCare Portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)

• Be strong, safe and secure. Access Health CHI Mobile requires picture/passphrase, device identification and challenge questions.

• View Dependents, if applicable.

• View Card Details and PIN

• Register new users directly from mobile device

• Upload Claims and Submit Receipts

• View all email and SMS alerts

• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone

• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)

• View Profile Details

• Ability to edit billing address *

• Ability to update billing address *

• Ability to report card lost stolen *

• Ability to order replacement card *

• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
