AFIS Mobile is a functional fingerprint database utility. This little app has a database that holds 100 fingerprints. The test database can be generated on board with the generation tool or it can input manually.

Features it supports are automarking, manual marking, database search, 360 degree rotational search, Swipe menus, best matches, point by point compare as well as fingerprint to fingerprint compare. For all intents and purposes this is a fully functional AFIS. The only piece that does not come with it is the fingerprint scanner although all prints can be brought in by wifi, usb or bluetooth.

The app will need a stylus but I have tested many and they all work. A very good one is the type with the rubber end that almost looks like an eraser.

AFISLite has released this version as a tool for those that want to know more about the field of automated biometrics and for those that are just curious to see what CSI technology is all about.

This app has been tested on Samsung s3, s5, Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Galaxy TabS and LG g3 stylus devices.
