Chain perk removed
- The Chain perk and its four combos (Arc Mark, Conduit Split, Arcing Flame, Conductive Stasis) are gone, along with its chain-arc visual/sound effects.
- Remaining perks shift up to fill the gap; combos were regenerated (36 total now).
- Existing saved runs that still had the old Chain perk slot are automatically migrated, so nothing breaks for returning players.
