1. Add Alliance War
2. Add four alliance spells
3. Add a new warrior spell--Magic Shield
4. Add two new charms: Cancer Charm and Aquarius Charm. The original Cancer Charm will be renamed as Aries Charm
5. Add one new legendary equipment--Abyss Guard's Suit
6. Add Alliance Shop: contribution medals can be used to buy stuffs here
7. Modify the cost of Silver Coins for starting a new alliance
8. Modify the approval of joining in alliance: with approval, without approval and free choice
