Bodyworks Gym is here to give you that informal friendly gym experience that allows you to train and socialise with like minded people. Being a family run gym, it takes away all the formalities of a corporate gym and allows you to feel part of one big family where everyone feels welcome, loves to train and can’t wait to come back.

Bodyworks Gym caters for all fitness levels. We have staff dedicated to help with your every training need, offering advice on techniques and diet plans. All areas of the gym are separated by body part, Red for legs, Blue for back, Green for chest and Yellow for shoulders. This strategy enables the user to identify the machine with the correct body part.
