Calendar Notify - Widget, Lock

◾ Fixed backup and restore
◾ Added previews for applicable settings
◾ Improved the design selection and customization by moving settings into the designs themselves
◾ Added the ability to customize the Notification and Status icon independantly
◾ Updated some settings to allow them to be applied independantly to notifications and widgets (such as event decoration)
◾ Improved the display colors of events and calendars
◾ Added additional widget sizing modes
