CH55x Programmer V2

This App is for the CH55x Series from WCH,

You can directly flash over your Smartphone via the USB port.

Now with support for V2.31 Bootloader

This is nearly the same Program like my V1 Ch55xProgrammer but since i forgot the cert key i had to publish a whole new app.
