Cyclers: Bike Navigation & Map

🗺️ New: Maps and layers’ controls are now consistent across the app. Turn on the cycling popularity map, a satellite map, and a personal heatmap on any screen which displays a map, including during planning, editing, and navigation.
🧰 App Enhancements: Under-the-hood improvements for a more reliable, snappier app.
