It's famous not only by its many delicious traditional Chinese food, but also by its unique serving style where servers push a steam cart that carries fully cooked and ready-to-serve Dim Sum dishes and goes around the restaurant to offer the dishes to customers at a table. After the server places the dish on the table, the server will stamp a dish size marker on the ticket. At the end, the total bill is calculated by the number of stamps on the ticket.
