+ More effective German bombardment
+ The initial no-withdraw condition allows moving west if that is moving towards a Soviet-controlled area (moving west)
+ Few Allow Withdrawal resources that allow a unit to pull back during the early phase when the front is supposed to strictly hold the line
+ Generals excluded from the initial no-withdraw rule
